The toner with marine components in its composition (pearl extract, laminaria, spirulina, ascophyllum, fucus, sea crithmum, nori, prebiotic inulin, hydrolyzed collagen and elastin) provides exquisite care already at the toning stage. It stimulates collagen and elastin production, soothes the skin (reducing redness and irritation), accelerates metabolic processes, and promotes recovery. It also increases skin firmness and density, normalizes the hydro balance of skin cells, saturating them with vitamins and minerals of the World Ocean. Apply to pre-cleansed skin using a cotton pad or by patting with fingertips. Use in the morning and/or evening. Recommended to use with all ELLIOR products at the cleansing stage.
