A gentle hydrophilic oil with a complex of natural oils (soy, macadamia, marula, etc.) and vitamin E effectively dissolves long-wear makeup and all types of impurities, including oil- and water-based, without disturbing the skin’s hydro-lipid balance.

The product actively moisturizes the skin, eliminates dryness and flaking, making it soft and silky. The oil complex softens and nourishes the skin, stimulates skin regeneration, protects against aggressive environmental factors, and increases skin permeability for serums, ampoules, creams, and masks. Regular use helps address such issues as blackheads, enlarged pores, and inflammation.

Apply a small amount of hydrophilic oil to damp skin, lather with water, and then rinse thoroughly. Use in the morning and/or evening. It is recommended to use ELLIOR cleansing foam and toner at the makeup removal and cleansing stages.
